The Town of Welsh doesn't recommend using the site DOXO to make credit card payments for your utility bills. We are having trouble getting the checks from the company in a timely manner and a customer was disconnected for non-payment. Please use the Town of Welsh website which is www.townofwelsh.com click on utility bill pay.
